The Next Big Hit - Rare Coins

I have had the opportunity to check out some of the more popular summer blockbuster movies that have been released this summer. Most of them involve some sort of alien invasion, a catastrophic event or perhaps the end of the world. However, what I have not seen is a movie about jls numismatics.

Whereas I find rare coins and the study of them extremely fascinating, I do not think that a movie about them would do well on the big screen. I guess people find a large alien spaceship parked above New York City, or a devilish looking creature fighting ancient creatures in hopes of saving the world more exciting than some numismatic warrior searching out that next big coin to market. Go figure.
