All property should be assessed for taxation at its fair cash value, estimated at the price it would bring at a fair voluntary sale. Thus, the board’s primary function is to determine the fair market value of the particular property which is the subject of the appeal, based upon the evidence presented to the board at the hearing, where the real property tax law is amended to read as follows: Property subject to levy requires tenant notification of rent amount attributable to taxation on property. This section permits a credit against the personal income tax for education equal to the amount of such taxpayer rent attributable to taxation on such rental property.

Yes, I know it’s a little early too be making Christmas lists, but the early bird catches the worm, right? Besides, I have to shop for so many, my kids, my husband, my relatives….and they only have to shop for me :) Sam Jr. wants a bike, yep, a shiny one that looks like those dirbike (also known as deathmachines) that those X gamers are riding these days. For the hubby, he actually gave me a fishing magazine with the pole he wants circled and the order form filled in! He knows if he’s not specific he’ll get a repeat of Christmas ‘93 and the 3 spa session giftcard fiasco :) And speaking of spa, I know just what I want, I have my eye on a dermaglow microdermabrasion kit …I can feel my skin tingling now
