I’d always thought that to form a limited liability company meant working with a team of professionals, and having to deal with lots of different organizations in order to deal with all the various aspects such as taxation, registering the company, and lots of other stuff. It was only when I looked into it properly that I found out you don’t have to deal with a lot of people at all, and in fact there are some companies that will handle the whole LLC formation process from start to finish. All you have to do is provide a few details such your name, address, and the name of your company, and then after paying a fairly small fee the company formation agent will form your company in a matter of weeks. It wasn’t half as complicated as I had imagined, and to have one company deal with the whole process was great. I just wish I’d known this a long time ago.
