Six Sigma

Lately I’ve been wondering a lot about six sigma. I keep hearing about other businesses cleaning up their operations with six sigma programs, and I wonder if we shouldn’t try it.
a href=”http://www.si6ma.com/six-sigma-black-belt-certification.php”>Six Sigma Black Belt Certification looks like the way to go for us, although it will be a tough sell for upper management.
I know that six sigma was instrumental in the turnaround of a friend’s business. Hopefully it can do the same for us.
