A new position in cold calling sales

I have been working on a new position for a company selling vacuums over the phone. I never anticipated that I would be involved in cold call sales. It has taken me time, resilience and patience to deal with the telephone selling process. In the beginning I faced one rejection after another. Over time I become resilient and learnt finer tactics to communicate with people and convert them to customers. I had some initial training which I was able to build upon to craft my approach.
