One thing that most of us have faced at some or the other point is an interview. And many of us make some or the other mistake while we are all set to battle these human resource information system PPT. The most common mistake is that many of us tend to take the interview and these questions lightly, which is wrong. One must understand that it is these questions that are going to serve as a criterion for you acceptance or rejection for the company. Another mistake to avoid would be to take the HR people for granted. Don't think that they don't know of your caliber and you could easily pull wool over their eyes. Hope that you learn from these mistakes even if you have not really committed them.
