If you search human resources vacancy columns in any leading national daily newspaper, then you can see that abundance of vacancies in different positions are existing in this field. For example, if you take health care field, then you can observe that because of non availability of qualified and smart candidates in the HRD field, many posts are lying vacant. If you estimate the volume of human resources vacancy worldwide, then sometimes you cannot imagine the figure because it will be of large size.
