I am a thirty something mother of one little boy. For the first year of his life, I had a 9AM-5PM job where I had to leave him with someone else every day. When I picked him up in the evening, I was always so tired and stressed out that I felt like he was getting the worst part of me, not the best like he deserves. This has all changed now that I have found genuine work from home jobs. I now hold down two jobs that I do from home. I pick my own schedule. Now I have more time to spend with my son and that makes life very sweet.

How do we find a good work at home business that you are interested in making money. Will an affiliate sponsorship/ someone pay you to direct links their way? The problem I have is that I can't seem to get a clear answer as to what type of business I'm starting up, and thus am having a hard time trying to find the appropriate information. I wish to get more information on this. Any help is appreciated.

I am interested in purchasing property/homes in order to invest a little money. If I pay delinquent taxes delinquent taxes on Real Estate property and place a lien on the property, what will be the next step to owning the property and once the owner knows the taxes are to be paid, how long does the owner have to pay if he wants the property.
