There are lots of visitors in my showroom and I have made it a point that the girl at the front desk collects the business cards of every visitor who are willing to give it to us. I usually throw a glance at the cards everyday so as to see the type of visitors and create a database of the selected ones. What with growing energy costs and other expenses, I’ve been looking into Lean Manufacturing Principles to see if we can improve our efficiency.
From what I’ve read about Lean Manufacturing Jobs, I think it could be worth the difficult adjustment in the end. It will be a tough road, though.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.

Ive been hearing a lot lately about Six Sigma Online. Supposedly it’s a great way to build your business into a more efficient operation. six sigma comes highly recommended from a number of people I respect.

Lately I’ve been wondering a lot about six sigma. I keep hearing about other businesses cleaning up their operations with six sigma programs, and I wonder if we shouldn’t try it.
