These past few days I’ve been tasked with researching
Lean Manufacturing Methods for our company. So far, I’ve liked what I have learned.
Everything I’ve read about Lean Manufacturing Techniques has served to increase my interest. I think we’re capable of getting there.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.

I am a thirty something mother of one little boy. For the first year of his life, I had a 9AM-5PM job where I had to leave him with someone else every day. When I picked him up in the evening, I was always so tired and stressed out that I felt like he was getting the worst part of me, not the best like he deserves. This has all changed now that I have found genuine work from home jobs. I now hold down two jobs that I do from home. I pick my own schedule. Now I have more time to spend with my son and that makes life very sweet.

When I was studying for my final year degree course in a reputed college in my hometown, I contested for the post of student editor in the college election and won the election with a huge margin. In the first college cabinet meeting I told my colleagues that our college should show a healthy organizational culture in the campus and for that everyone should strive hard. I also suggested conducting seminars in the campus regarding healthy organizational culture so that there will be awareness in students. As a student editor of my college, I gave more importance for the topic of healthy organizational culture in our college annual magazine.

Recently we were looking into a Documentum Document Management company for our every increasing need to organize our computers and filing system. We had checked out a few different companies and we were all set to hire one when we found a company that actually addressed us as a company instead of another client. They were able to deal with us and our needs as they pertained to our daily business details. Our company does not function like a lot of other companies out there and any system to help us get organized was going to have to be able to be flexible. But this program looked at us personally instead of like a computer.
