Why Are Deferred Annuities Becoming So Popular Nowadays?

More and more senior citizens are investing in deferred annuities nowadays. In the US, there are close to a billion dollars invested just in deferred annuities. So, why are deferred annuities so popular? The answer is that their payouts are the highest. In deferred annuities, benefits are calculated over three things. You get benefits over the principal amount you have invested, over the taxes that you will have collected and even an interest on the interest that your annuity earns.

Choosing A Good Stock Trading Book

One thing that amazon or any other big bookstore is not short of is stock trading books. There are so many out there that it’s difficult to know where to begin. This may sound slightly controversial but I believe the best stock trading book out there is not one filled with technical indicators. No, it’s one written last century by a certain Edwin Lefevre. He wrote a book about Jesse Livermore - a man who is arguably the greatest trader that ever lived.
