Software Quality Assurance

Software Quality Assurance is used not only in cases of maintaining standards of engineering processes in software. It can be, and is indeed put to use in ensuring or assuring oneself of quality in case of finished or manufactured products as well. But there exists a basic difference because any finished manufactured product is a physical entity which can be seen and felt. But that is not so in case of softwares which are abstract entities. So process as well as cost involved differs.
