If you are interested in applying for a tourist visa, this process is definitely much more straightforward than other types of petitions such as green cards and marriage visas. The tourist visa application process requires you to complete the necessary forms and bring evidence that your visit is temporary and that you will depart the United States after the expiry of the legally authorized time limit. You will need to also partake in security clearance procedures. All of this may seem like a lot, but not in comparison to other types of visas -as you might expect.
