Breast question

For over a month or so, my right nipple is itching like crazy. I have tried several lotions, and also my eczema cream - but neither of these works. I have never breast fed as I have no children. I am 29, and in good health other than this problem. Anyone has ideas for the causes of this or what I should do to stop itching? Thanks
