Exercising in Your Target Heart Rate Zone

In order to get the greatest benefit from your cardiovascular workout you should frequently keep track of your exercise intensity. This practice will make sure that you are exercising within your target fitness heart rate zone and the thus are receiving the most benefit from your workout. If your intensity is not high enough you may find yourself disappointed with the results you see over time. On the other hand, if you work too hard you risk the possibility of injuring yourself and ultimately just burning out.
