After my pregnancy and delivery, I had put on a lot of weight. I wanted to workout and get back in shape but could not leave my child alone at t home and go to the gym. I needed a home-based solution. That is when I came across the schwinn exercise bike . It gives me the most professional workout in the comfort of my home. I have begun getting fitter and I now feel great.
