Believe it or not, your daily intake of the following foods can create allergens in your body:
*any product made from processed wheat* homogenized &/or pasteurized milk* eggs that are not obtained from free-range chickens* nuts (non-fresh nuts may contain mold spores)* fish & shellfish (usually because they're not extremely fresh when cooked)* processed soy products
Just eliminating the above foods will help tremendously, & reduce the need for taking synthetic allergy relief products.
