But as well as choosing where you will be doing your training you also need to decide just what sort of course it is you want to do. Most of the courses that people can participate in are certificate ones and in most cases will only take a year to complete a medical billing and coding program. However there are other courses will only take as little as 4 months to complete, whilst some may take you as long a 2 years before you attain your certification.
