Drinking green tea can lead to weight loss

Despite the fact that green tea has been around for centuries, it is only recently that people in the west have become aware of its medicinal and weight loss properties. It’s probably fair to say that the Chinese and Japanese have always known about these properties. Today it is a globally known fact that drinking green tea and weight loss are directly connected to each other. Green tea is a healthier substance to consume than coffee or black/oolong tea. Green tea has a pleasant fragrance and no side effects.
