that cheap blinds are usually just cheap. Cheap these days isn’t like cheap from a few years back. WIth everything under the sun coming from China, you may not be getting any value for that dollar. I’ve been looking online for cheap blinds but I’m thinking I’m going to have to cough up a little more cash to get something half decent. The way the dollar’s going isn’t helping much either.
