couldn’t find it in the real estate listings

A neighbor has their place up for sale and I really want to find out what the price is. I don’t really want to ask him and I really don’t want to call the realtor cause they’d think I was interested or something and wouldn’t leave me alone. The thing is that I can’t find the home in the real estate listings. I checked in the paper, online and nothing. Any ideas?
